Named after the Steelhead fish swimming in the nearby Betsie River, is on a mission to return distilling to its original purest form. The 1890s farmstead has been renovated to house the entire process of soil-to-spirit production, including a tasting room and bar for enjoying with friends and family. This morning we begin with grain and work our way to the finished glass at Iron Fish Distillery in Thompsonville.
