Grant Me Hope: Hailey

This week in Grant Me Hope we meet Hailey, a spunky, sweet and smart little girl who has a very bright future ahead of her.

The girl who dreams of acting, traveling and changing the world is also wishing for one more thing: a forever family.

Hailey is 11 years old and her favorite subjects in school are math and reading.

“I’m also very huggable. I think that’s what many people are looking for. Someone who is loving and huggable,” says Hailey.

Hailey says she would like to be a fashion designer, an actress and a social worker.

“I see myself 10 years from now, growing up, working in college, really hard. And later, I see myself maybe making movies. I would like to see myself being a social worker in 10 years,” says Hailey. “People need encouraging, motivating people in this world, because motivated people can change the world.”

Hailey is hoping to find a mom, dad and a younger sibling.

“When you’re a big sister it means you’re a role model to the younger kids. I tend to be a really good role model,” says Hailey.

Grant Me Hope is a collaboration between WWTV, Michigan Adoption Resource Exchange, Teddy’s Transport and the business community — all working together to find foster children a forever home.
