Hundreds March In Protest Over Flint’s Water Crisis

Hundreds of people in Flint marched Friday protesting the slow pace in restoring clean water to the city.

While the march was peaceful, plenty of these people expressed their anger over the state’s role in the crisis.

Several held up signs calling for Governor Rick Snyder to resign or to be recalled.

In April of 2014, the city switched its source of water from Detroit’s service to what turned out to be a pretty corrosive Flint River.

That move caused an erosion inside the city’s pipes which then leached lead into the water supply.
