TRAVERSE CITY - Nine Trojans took to the Traverse City Central auditorium stage to sign to their perspective colleges on Wednesday afternoon.
The students include:
Hanna Abner - Soccer, Alma College
McKenzie McManus - Golf, Alma College
Reed Seabase - Football, Alma College
Avery Bills - Swim & Dive, Hope College
JJ Dutmers - Baseball, Hope College
Rory Miller - Softball, Siena Heights University
Sydney Rademacher - Golf, Spring Arbor University
Katie Venhuizen - Track & Field, University of Michigan
Mary Palamara - Figure Skating, Western Michigan University
Katie Venhuizen will be joining her brother who is a freshman on the Track & Field team at the University of Michigan.
“It’s just a really cool opportunity to be able to run at the University of Michigan and have the opportunity like athletically as well as educationally,” said Venhuizen. “I’m just really excited for next year and see how my future is going to be.”
