The Coleman boys fell to Merrill 57-43 Friday night, dropping the Comets record on the season to 2-13.
The game-high scorer, however, was a Comet. Sophomore forward Jared DeVrieze had 18 points against the Vandals.
The Comets will look to bounce back on Wednesday against Vestaburg on the road.
