SAULT SAINTE MARIE – The Sault Ste. Marie Blue Devils squeaked out a 4-3 win over visiting St. Edward’s Catholic of Cleveland, Ohio on Friday night.
The Blue Devils scored the game-winning goal with just 14 seconds remaining in the third period.
Sault Ste. Marie (12-4) will now face Port Huron Northern in the second game of their weekend tournament, while St. Edward’s will square off with Traverse City West.
