CLARE – The Gaylord defense stymied Clare on Friday night, as the Blue Devils recorded a 28-7 victory over the Pioneers.
Gaylord finishes the regular season at 6-3, while Clare drops to 5-4.
The two teams will await word on their playoff fates Sunday night.
