EVART – The Evart Wildcats erased and early 14-point deficit to knock off league rival McBain in the opening round of Division 8 District play on Friday night.
The Wildcats managed to win despite a couple of injuries to key starters on both sides of the ball.
Evart (9-1) will now play host East Jordan for a District Championship next week. McBain finishes their 2022 campaign with a 5-5 record.
