WHITESTOWN, INDIANA — The Clare 12U softball team competed in its first Little League regional game against Missouri on Monday, losing, 10-0.
Missouri jumped out to a 3-0 lead after two innings and scored a combined seven runs in the fourth and fifth innings to secure the win.
Clare, , still has a shot at making a run in the Central Region. They will next play on Wednesday at 1 p.m. against the winner of Nebraska and Indiana in the Elimination Bracket.
