GLADSTONE – Kalkaska’s Mia Miller pitched a complete game shutout in Sunday’s 1-0 regional championship win over Gladstone.
Miller was dominant in the circle, striking out 13 Gladstone hitters.
She also supplied the only run of the game with a solo home run in the sixth inning.
The Blazers advance to face Evart in the Div. 3 state quarterfinals on Tuesday at 5:00 in Petoskey.
