PICKFORD – Pickford softball recorded a sweep in a Straits Area Conference doubleheader on Thursday night, defeating Sault Ste. Marie 6-5 and 9-6.
Lucy Bennin blasted a solo homer in game one to give Pickford the lead.
The Panthers improve their overall record to 11-9-2.
The Blue Devils fall to 7-10-1 on the year.
