Ferris State Loses First Game of Doubleheader, Second Game Called Due to Rain

BIG RAPIDS – The Ferris State softball team lost the first game of Saturday’s doubleheader against Saginaw Valley State by a 3-0 score. The Bulldogs trailed 6-0 in game two when the game was called for rain heading into the third inning.

Ferris State will close out the regular season with a home doubleheader against Wisconsin Parkside Sunday afternoon.

First pitch is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
