KINGSLEY – After trailing by as many as 13 points in the third quarter, Cadillac came roaring back in the fourth quarter to defeat Kingsley 48-41 in an impressive comeback win on Tuesday night.
The Vikings were led by Ashlyn Lundquist who ended the night with a game-high 22 points and six made three pointers.
She hit three of them from beyond the arc in the fourth quarter alone to put Cadillac in front 38-36, before they ultimately won by seven points.
With Tuesday’s impressive win, Cadillac improves to 3-3 and will look to continue its strong play against Traverse City Central (4-1) in the Big North Conference on Friday, Jan. 7 at 7 p.m. at home.
Kingsley falls to 4-3 and will face Northwest Conference foe Benzie Central (4-3) next on Friday at 6:30 p.m. in their home gym.
