GRAYLING — Grayling hosted a wrestling quad in the Lake Michigan Conference on Wednesday, with the Vikings and Traverse City St. Francis winning both of their matches over Boyne City and Kalkaska.
Grayling picked up a close 36-30 win over Boyne City. Entering the final bout at 140 tied at 30, Marcus Chard secured the pin and win for the Vikings, who also defeated Kalkaska, 48-15.
Traverse City St. Francis had a great showing in the quad. The Gladiators picked up a 54-15 win over Boyne City and followed that with a 54-10 win over Kalkaska.
