BIG RAPIDS — Josh Nixon scored two goals and Ethan Langenegger held Ferris State scoreless as Lake Superior State picked up the 3-0 conference win on Friday in Big Rapids.
Ferris State has now lost eight straight games and falls to 4-13 and 2-7 in conference. The Lakers improve to 9-9-1 and 5-6 in conference.
The two will meet again on Saturday at 7:07 p.m. in Big Rapids.
