Glen Lake Cruises Past Hart for D3 Regional Title

MAPLE CITY – The Glen Lake girls basketball team cruised to a Division 3 regional championship with a 58-36 win over Hart Wednesday.

The Lakers (19-0) raced out to a 15-0 lead after a quarter and led 32-17 at the half.

With the loss, Hart wraps up its season at 16-5.

Glen Lake will now take on Calumet (19-0) in a state quarterfinal at 5:30 p.m. Monday at Houghton Lake. Calumet handed St. Ignace a 65-55 overtime loss Wednesday.
