The Ferris State football program announced its 2021 recruiting class Wednesday.
The 28-member class is highlighted by 19 Michigan athletes, as well as eight signees from Florida and one from Georgia.
Ludington senior tight end Jake Plamondon was the lone northern Michigan recruit to sign with Ferris State Wednesday. Plamondon led the Orioles to three consecutive winning campaigns and the program’s first playoff win in 2020.
Athletes from state powers like Muskegon, Detroit Cass Tech, Detroit Martin Luther King, Zeeland West, New Lothrop and Muskegon Mona Shores are among those that signed up with the Bulldogs.
