Per reports from ESPN, Detroit has made a trade deal for long-time quarterback Matthew Stafford.
According to Adam Schefter, Stafford will go the LA Rams in exchange for two future first-round picks, a third-round pick, and quarterback Jared Goff.
This, meaning two former No. 1 overall picks will be trading places.

Stafford has been with the Lions for 12 years, and recorded 4,084 yards and 26 touchdowns with 10 interceptions in 2020.
The Lions have not yet released a statement.
