Gladwin Takes Down Hancock in District Opener

GLADWIN — Gladwin advances to the Division 5 district semifinals after a 33-14 victory over Hancock in the district opener on Saturday.

The Flying G’s spark came in the second quarter with 26 points helping them claim their first playoff win since 2013. Gladwin will face an undefeated Kingsley team in the district semifinals game next week.

With the loss the Bulldogs season ends, finishing with an overall record of 2-4-1.
