Onekama announced Monday that it has canceled its next two varsity football games due low numbers and a significant amount of injuries.
The Portagers (1-2) began the year with 14 players, but are currently down to 9 or 10 healthy players, including one senior and one junior.
Onekama was scheduled to host Suttons Bay Friday and travel to Whittemore-Prescott on Friday, Oct. 16.
