Fremont Tops Chippewa Hills in CSAA Play

REMUS – The Fremont boys basketball team opened Central State Activities Association Gold action with a 55-45 win over Chippewa Hills on Friday.

The Packers (2-0, 1-0) led 29-13 at the break.

DJ Lowery led the Warriors (1-1, 0-1) with 12 points.

Fremont returns to action Tuesday at home against Shelby, while Chippewa Hills visits Newaygo next Friday.
