TRAVERSE CITY – The Bay Area Reps hockey team rallied from a two-goal deficit to secure a 3-2 win in double overtime against Traverse City West on Thursday in a Scott Miller Memorial Tournament consolation game.
Trailing 2-0 late in the second period, Chris Deneweth tallied a pair of goals in the final two minutes to tie the game.
After a scoreless third period and first overtime, Jack Bradley netted the game-winning goal with 1:22 remaining in the second overtime.
Carson Harrington and Lance Petroskey scored for the Titans.
Dominic Nittolo made 22 saves in net for the Bay Reps.
The Bay Reps (4-7) and West (3-4-1) are both back in action Friday to close out the tournament.
