Glen Lake Rolls Past Frankfort for District Title

MAPLE CITY – The fourth-ranked Glen Lake baseball team captured its fifth consecutive Division 4 district title with a 10-0 shutout win over visiting Frankfort on Saturday.

The Lakers (31-5-1) advanced to the district final via a 15-0 win over St. Mary Lake Leelanau, while the Panthers held off Suttons Bay, 3-2.

Glen Lake moves on to a regional semifinal at St. Mary Lake Leelanau next Saturday.
