TRAVERSE CITY – The Traverse City West hockey team earned a 1-1 tie after overtime against Alpena on Wednesday in Big North Conference play.
After a scoreless two periods, Alpena’s Evan LeTourneau put the Wildcats up 1-0, but West’s Jacob Benker tied the game with three minutes remaining in regulation.
