Going to the dentist for a routine cleaning, x-ray, filling or extraction can be expensive.
That’s why Deerhaven Family Dentistry in Traverse City shut their doors to their regular patients Wednesday and offered free services to the public. It allowed anyone who needed to see a dentist to come in and get care without having to pay anything. The staff helping was more than happy to volunteer their time.
The dental clinic reached full capacity for their free day of care.
This was their 25th year hosting the event.
