Tickets Available for 2023 Traverse City Comedy Fest

Traverse City Comedy Fest has announced their full lineup for February, and tickets are now available!

Headliners for the festival will be Maria Bamford, Tom Papa, Dean Edwards, Jackie Kashian and ISMO.

In addition, tons of Michigan comedians will be performing.

“We are excited to bring something during the cold months, and just really we have five great venues downtown,” says Abby Taylor, downtown experience coordinator.

Traverse City Comedy Fest is headed to Northern Michigan from Feb. 2 to 4, 2023!

They just announced their headliners for the upcoming weekend of laughs.

  • Jackie Kashian has been doing standup for over 35 years, and has two podcasts – The Dork Forest, where she talks with people about what they love to do and think about, and The Jackie and Laurie Show, where she and Laurie Kilmartin talk about what they love to do and think about…stand-up comedy.
  • Maria Bamford is a stand-up comedian and frequent voice actor who uses humor to tackle self-deprecating and dark topics, including her dysfunctional family, depression, anxiety, suicide, and mental illness. She has two comedy specials on Netflix, “The Special Special Special” and “Old Baby.”
  • Dean Edwards is a stand-up comedian, actor, singer, writer and musician. He has appeared on The Sopranos, Saturday Night Live, and provided the voice of Donkey in “Scared Shrekless” and “Donkey’s Christmas Shrektacular” after Eddie Murphy declined.
