5 Minute Fudge (pictured above)
2 T. butter 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 t. salt 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 t. vanilla Combine butter, milk, sugar & salt in medium heavy-duty saucepan, over medium heat; stir constantly and bring to full boil. Then, cook 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute, until melted together. Pour into buttered 8″ square pan. Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting into serving pieces.
