Thin Blue Shoreline Memorial Ride Paying Tribute to Fallen Officers

Cyclists are paying tribute to fallen police officers.

The Thin Blue Shoreline Memorial Ride is underway.

On Wednesday, bikers made it to Traverse City after starting the ride on Monday in Muskegon.

While in Traverse City, they held a memorial for three officers, Dennis Flinch, Guy Fuller and Collin Rose.

Each day they make several stops honoring several officers who have died in the line of duty.

The bikers are family members of officers who died.

“The officers don’t want officers who have died in the line of duty to be forgotten. It’s really important today that we honor two officers that have died in the fifties and don’t want to forget them. And the sacrifice they made for their communities,” said Andrea Arrington, Committee Member, Thin Blue Shoreline Memorial Ride.

On Thursday, they will complete the ride ending in Petoskey.
