UPDATE – Mecosta County authorities say a missing three-year-old boy from Big Rapids has been found safe and is okay.
The Big Rapids Department of Public Safety says the three-year-old was reported missing just before 8 p.m. Monday, and was last seen playing outside with other kids around 7 p.m.
Police say a search of the area was conducted, and the toddler was found safe outside of his home at 10:53 p.m.

Mecosta County authorities are currently searching for a missing three-year-old boy.
According to Mecosta County Emergency Management, the toddler was last seen at the College Park Mobile Home Park on Catherine Street north of Baldwin Street in Big Rapids at 7 p.m. Monday.
The boy has blonde hair with a buzz cut, and was last seen wearing blue shorts, no shirt and no shoes.
Information is limited at this time, but if you see this toddler, you’re asked to call 911.
