A 32-year-old Manton man is facing first degree criminal sexual conduct charges of a victim under 13 years old.
According to Michigan State Police, a woman reported to troopers in April 2022 that her daughter disclosed to her that she had been sexually assaulted by Jamie Lee Gilde. Following an interview with the child, an arrest warrant was issued for Gilde.
Gilde was arraigned in a Wexford County court on July 27 on one count criminal sexual conduct first degree with a victim under 13 and fourth offense habitual offender notice. His bond was set at $50,000 and he is due back in court on Aug. 9.
