Partial Body Contact Advisory Lifted for Littlefield Park Beach

A for Littlefield Park Beach in Oden has been lifted.

Follow-up water samples conducted by the Health Department of Northwest Michigan on Thursday showed the E. coli level at 16/100ml (about 3.38 oz.), which is safe for full water contact.

“The follow-up samples were conducted yesterday morning and results are favorable for swimming and other activities we categorize as ‘full-body contact,’” said Jeremy Fruk, HDNW Director of Environmental Health.
