Harbor Hall Expanding Petoskey Treatment Center to Accommodate Even More Patients

An expansion is being built on Harbor Hall in Petoskey, and it’s giving its residents a second chance.

Harbor Hall is a drug and alcoholic treatment center near downtown Petoskey, and is adding an expansion to accommodate even more patients. The expansion includes two phases, the first being executive offices and a new women’s treatment center which has already been completed.

The second is a new apartment complex, which is still ongoing. The complex will house 32 individual rooms and a space for the residents to spend time together Patients are required to have a job to live in the apartment, but Harbor Hall says they will help tenants find one if needed.

“It’s the purpose of taking care of anyone transitioning from one location to another or transitioning from one stage of life to another, to reintegrate into the workforce,” Peter Bucci, the Executive Director of Harbor Hall, said.

Harbor Hall says the complex is estimated to be completed by October, but construction could last until December.
