Rochester Man Charged After Nude Photos Were Found on a Child’s Cell Phone

A Rochester man was charged after nude photos were found on a child’s cell phone in Grand Traverse County, according to Michigan State Police.

Last August, a parent told troopers at the MSP Lansing Post that they found nude photos on their child’s phone. The case was then turned over to the MSP Cadillac Post.

The suspect and victim were using Snapchat to talk and met at a local hotel near Traverse City, according to Michigan State Police.

On April 28, a report was turned in to the Grand Traverse County Prosecutor’s Office for review and two-count felony warrant was issued for Paul Pavliscak, 21, of Rochester.

Pavliscak was arrested May 5 and was charged with one count of accosting a child for immoral purposes and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.

He has been given $25,000 PR bond and is due back in court in mid-June.
