Red Cross Opens Shelter for Gaylord Residents Affected By Tornado

The American Red Cross volunteers opened a shelter at E-Free Church 1649 E. M-32 following Friday’s tornado.

The Red Cross said they will continue to coordinate with local officials and community partners to determine how they can best support the community in the days ahead.

The Red Cross reminds those nearby to stay off the roads and away from debris, and follow curfews and other orders.

The curfew for Gaylord residents continues through Saturday from sundown to sun up.
