The Charlevoix’s Live on the Lake Series is right around the corner with summer finally on the horizon.
The concert series will once again return to Charlevoix’s East Park, and will be running events every Thursday from June 30 through August 11. The series of concerts is put on by the Charlevoix Main Street DDA and numerous sponsors. This summers series is the second largest annual return since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, and hopes to bring in lots of tourists and business to the downtown area along the way.
“We’re going to start out with a ukulele group, which is a lot of fun, and then have different groups like country and bluesy kind of rock and stuff like that as well. So usually we try to get crowd-pleasers all around so it’s hard to come out to a show and not expect a good time,” said Lindsey Dotson, Main Street DDA Director for the City of Charlevoix.
