Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities:

Wildflower Rescue Kick-off Meeting, April 12, 9:30am at Leland Library:Mountain Bike Crew Repairing Trail

The kick-off meeting where there will be a short program by Brian Zimmerman of Four Seasons Nursery, followed by information on the spring schedule in regards to digging, potting, and the annual Wildflower Rescue Sale.

Wfr Plant Sale TrilliumTrail Stewards & Palmer Woods Trail Crew Kick-off April 19th, 4pm:

If you are an avid hiker and are interested in becoming a Trail Steward or want to help maintain their mountain bike trails at Palmer Woods, join them at Palmer Woods on April 19th, 4pm. You’ll meet the LC Stewardship Crew, AmeriCorps Members, and seasoned volunteers for a refresher in trail management and best practices.

Regularly Scheduled Work Bees:

– Palmer Woods Trail Crew – beginning April 19, and every Tuesday from 5-7pm.
– May Workbees – Location and work will vary with needs. They will run the 1st Wednesday of each month at 10am, and 3rd Thursday of each month at 3pm.
