MSP: Father and Son Arrested for Possession, Delivery of Meth
A father and son in Otsego County have been arrested for possession and delivery of methamphetamine, according to Michigan State Police.
On Wednesday, troopers from the MSP Seventh District Hometown Security Team stopped a car on I-75 near the Loon Lake rest area in Bagley Township.
They say the driver, Victor McMillan, 54, of Rudyard and Joshua McMillan, 30, of St. Ignace were found to be in possession of a white, crystalline substance that tested positive for meth.
Meth was found inside a large McDonald’s cup filled with Coca-Cola, where large crystals were noticed floating on the top of the soda.
Moreover, troopers found the top of a tied-off plastic bag on the floor of the car, which was soaked in Coca-Cola.
Troopers say Victor and Joshua McMillan were arrested and lodged in Otsego County Jail.
Victor McMillian was arraigned on one count delivery of meth, and Joshua McMillan was arraigned on one count possession of meth.
Both men are due back in court next week.
