MLB Opening Day Delayed Until April 14
Major League Baseball is canceling more games and pushing opening day back as negotiations are still stalled.
The dispute between owners and the players union means opening day won’t happen until April 14.
Last week the MLB canceled the first two series of 2022, more than 90 games.
Dozens more are being canceled as negotiations continue.
League tax rates and minimum salaries are at stake.
There’s also talk of expanding post-season games from 10 to 14 teams.
