Today is National Cheese Lover’s Day, and we are celebrating with of Traverse City.

Tina Zinn is the official cheese lady of Northern Michigan, and her store offers about 150 different types of cheeses! There is plenty to choose from!

Her store offers so much more than cheese — there’s wine, cider, crackers, jams, chocolate, tumblers, cookbooks…literally everything to pair with your cheese!

Today she teaches us how to make a charcuterie board. The art of charcuterie can look hard, but you can use anything you like. She advises to use different kinds of cheeses, so you have a variety of hard and soft cheeses. Sides like jams, mini pickles, nuts, fruit, chocolate, and meat can all complement the taste of the cheese, and of course, add some color to your board!
