An East Jordan woman was arrested Wednesday for stealing medication from an assisted living home.
A former employee of the home, 48-year-old Teresa Ann Coger is accused of stealing hydrocodone.
Her manager accused her of taking the drugs from a locked box last September. An investigation was opened and Coger was placed on suspension.
The Otsego County Prosecutor’s Office issued an arrest warrant last week, and Coger was found and arrested at a relative’s home in Antrim County on Wednesday.
She’s charged with larceny and possession of a controlled substance.
She was released on bond and is due back in court on Jan. 27.
