New York Attorney General Has Evidence Of Fraud At Trump Org

The New York attorney general’s office now says it has evidence of fraud at former President Trump’s company.

In a court filing late Tuesday night, the attorney general’s office says the Trump Organization used “fraudulent or misleading” values of their assets to get loans and tax breaks.

They say they haven’t decided whether to file a civil lawsuit, but they do say investigators need to question Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump, and Donald Trump Jr. in connection to the probe.

The former president and his lawyers have not responded to the court filing so far.

More Trump associates are also being called on to share information with the Jan. 6 House Committee.

Rudy Giuliani and three others were subpoenaed yesterday.
