Police: Mt. Pleasant Meijer Employee Throws Jar of Feces and Urine at Other Employee

An argument between two Mt. Pleasant Meijer employees took a disturbing turn when police say an employee threw a jar containing human feces and urine onto another employee.

The Mt. Pleasant Police Department was called to the Meijer on Pickard Street in Mt. Pleasant around 12:44 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13 for an argument between two employees. According to police, during the argument, one of the employees took out a jar containing feces and what is believe to be urine and splashed it all over the other employee.

According to the store’s night manager, the employee who threw the jar was fired on the spot and had left the store before police arrived. The night manager said that when they confronted the employee, he admitted to throwing the contents of the jar.

The investigation has been closed and the case has been turned over to the city attorney’s office.
