Special Olympics Michigan Polar Plunge Bigger and Better Than Ever in 2022

Special Olympics Michigan Polar Plunge is back this year and it’s better than ever.

SOMI is set to host 30 in-person and a virtual plunge, with the goal of raising more than $1 million. SOMI will kick things with 24 plunges in just 24 hours with its Super Plunge. The organization is also offering the virtual Frozen 5K.

The Polar Plunge is the largest fundraiser for Special Olympics Michigan. All funds raised help SOMI provide year-round training and services to thousands of athletes with intellectual disabilities across Michigan.
