The nearly two month long strike at Kellogg’s plants in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Nebraska could be ending soon.

Union workers have reached a tentative agreement with the company for a new five-year contract.

The agreement would give them more money and better benefits.

It would also bring workers with at least 4 years of service into the upper tier of Kellogg’s two-tier wage system immediately.

Union members are set to vote on the agreement Sunday, but approval isn’t guaranteed.

Some 1,400 workers have been on strike for two months.
