  • Do spend time with family and friends because it will boost positive energy and outweigh the stress. Remember to delegate!
  • Create small joys by keeping a bliss list of what makes you happy everyday
  • Save the best for last by having your favorite activity or celebration towards the end of the holidays. Why? The anticipation of what is to come will keep you excited and motivated.
  • Finally, be mindful and in the moment. This will keep you happy in the present time (pun intended 🙂
