Pie Crust:

• 2 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
• 1 Tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 Teaspoon salt
• 4 Tablespoons cold vegetable shortening
• 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
• 1 1/2 Sticks of cold butter
• About 1/2 cup cold water

Apple Filling:

• 8 Granny smith apples
• 3/4 Cups brown sugar
• 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
• 1 Teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 Tablespoons butter
• Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Brown Sugar Cinnamon Streusel:

• 2 Cups oats
• 1 Cup flour
• 1 1/2 Cups brown sugar
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
• 2 Sticks of cold butter cut into small pieces
