Who doesn’t love a good wine?!

Today is Menu Monday, and we are taking a visit to in Charlevoix.

Recently opened by owners Chuck and Elizabeth Schilling, David Levy, and manager-sommelier Micki McGuire. This place is called VUE, pronounced like view, for a reason…the stunning view on the water, overlooking the red lighthouse and ships sailing the channel through the Charlevoix Memorial Drawbridge!

Offering over 100 wines from all over the world, select beers, spirits, and delicious cocktails — this is the new place to be. Whether you’re looking for a romantic date spot, or just a place to unwind and chill with friends, you won’t be disappointed.

This very cozy spot on the corner of the bridge has a new patio that will be opening soon, where guests can enjoy cocktails and wines outside while watching the sun set. Hungry? Don’t fret, you can’t have wine without cheese! Graze Catering offers delicious charcuterie boards to go along with your glass of wine.

Among many exciting things happening here, Vue Wine Bar plans on hosting many events including in-person and zoom-call wine tastings with world class wine makers from all over the world, cocktail classes, and featuring sommeliers, chefs, and authors. Not only is this a wine bar, but it also sells merchandise like cute sail bags, books, Earnestos Cigars of Petoskey, and pashminas that you can wear outside on the patio.

Don’t miss their Winemaker Tasting with James MacPhail December 3rd. For more information, .
