Detectives have released new information in their investigation of the movie set shooting that killed cinematographer and injured the director.

In their investigation, they say they found three revolvers, spent shell casings, and ammo lying around the New Mexico set of the movie “Rust.”

Sources on the set say crew members had been firing live ammo earlier that day on their downtime. According to the crew, those members were using prop guns like the one fired by actor Alec Baldwin.

Baldwin’s shot killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza.

Wrongful death attorney Jeff Harris says that if there were live bullets onset, it could be cause for criminal charges. The district attorney has yet to rule out pressing charges.
