There are many myths out there that soy can influence hormones and affect breast cancer risk. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan says that isn’t true!

In fact, eating a moderate amount of soy foods does not increase the risk of breast cancer (moderate means 1-2 servings per day of whole-soy foods such as tofu, soy milk and edamame).
