Traverse City Man Found Not Guilty in Playing Role in Woman’s Overdose Death

A Traverse City man has been found not guilty in playing a role in a woman’s overdose death.

Zachary Flees was facing two charges of providing drugs that killed Alexandria Piluras. Police say she died last September from a lethal combination of fentanyl and Xanax.

Flees was facing charges of delivery of a controlled substance causing death and tampering with evidence.

He was found not guilty by a jury Wednesday.
